Shipping
Where does MIRINI ship?
MIRINI's shipping is currently rocking Indonesia! But guess what? We're hustling behind the scenes to take MIRINI global and reach all the corners of this beautiful world. To all you international peeps out there, slide into our DMs on IG @mirini.id and give us the lowdown on where you're at!
When will my order ship?
First, you place your order, which is a breeze and only takes a few seconds. Next up, we swing into action and process your order, typically within 1 to 2 business days (if you order after 1pm GMT+7, we'll process it on the next business day). After that, it's time for our trusty courier to take over, and they usually deliver your item in 2-3 days. Keep an eye on your inbox because you'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way!
I'm having trouble with the tracking.
Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via anton@mirini.id. We can give you the inside info.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is headed to the wrong address, no worries! Just give us a shout, and we'll be thrilled to help, as long as your order hasn't hit the road yet. Once it's on its way, you can reach out to the courier yourself and see if they can work some magic. We're here for you!
Oh no, my package is lost!
Once your package is in the hands of the delivery company, they've got it from there! We want to make it clear that we're not to blame for any losses that aren't our fault or for any unexpected hiccups caused by the shipping company. Our responsibility kicks in if we happen to slip up on our end and go against our terms and conditions. We've got your back!

What skin types are MIRINI products suitable for?
Our products are super friendly to all skin types! They've been dermatologically tested, BPOM certified, and even Halal, so you can feel good about using them.

Are your products safe?
Yes of course! We would not make anything that we would not put on ourselves. Our products are registered in The Indonesian Drug and Food Control or known as Badan Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan (BPOM). Do you know you can check if your beauty products are safe on their website?
Billing
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept payments via bank transfer.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through:
Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
Is your card expired? Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again.
